There are just two homes available in the current release of traditional three-bed semi-detached homes at Castleland Park Place, a scheme in the North County Dublin coastal town of Balbriggan, but plans are afoot for another phase to come to the market in May.
Both remaining properties in the latest tranche are from the development's C type. Prices for the homes, which each measure 1,162 sq ft, start at €255,000. They were among 24 houses that were launched at the start of 2017, with scheduled completions due for the summer.
The homes, built by J Wade Developments Ltd, have maintenance-free exteriors with part-brick and pebble-dashed facades, triple-glazed windows and cobble-lock driveways out front for parking. Inside, the kitchens and wardrobes are supplied by Nolan's.
The selling agent has been focused to date on marketing properties from both the C and the D range. The latter three-beds have slightly bigger gardens and 1,205 sq ft of accommodation. However, the next phase will only consist of the D design, for which the agent is already fielding inquiries. These will have an A2 energy rating due to an air-to-water heat pump. There are primary and secondary schools within walking distance from Castleland Park Place, while Millfield Shopping Centre, the M1, Skerries and the coast are within a few minutes' drive. There is also a train station with a commuter service to Connolly Station in Dublin. The city centre is 30km away.
Viewings at Castleland Park Place will be held between 2.30pm-4.30pm tomorrow and Sunday.
