Ireland's Eye a sight to behold from elevated Robswall

Four homes are still up for grabs from the most recent release at Robswall, a development in an elevated setting on the Malahide coastline. On a clear day, you can see Ireland's Eye to the south.

The selling agent released a tranche of three and four-bed homes at the Hollybrook Homes scheme in September. Still for sale are three three-bed detached properties and one end-of-terrace four-bed home. Prices for the former range from €480,000 to €545,000, while the end-of-terrace four-bed version costs from €725,000.

The facades of the homes are finished in an ochre brick with dark grey window frames. The front doors have been painted colourfully throughout the development and there is plenty of ironmongery, greenery and paving on display. All the homes have an A energy rating with uPVC double glazing and gas-fired central heating installed.

There is 1,205 sq ft of space in the three-beds, which include a kitchen/dining room, a living room and a WC, all on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms - one of which is ensuite - one single bedroom and a main bathroom. Glass panelling to the top floor, below the ceiling, gives an impression of a suspended roofline. The four-bed, meanwhile, is quite large, measuring 1,959 sq ft. It has a kitchen/dining room to the rear with double doors opening out to the back garden.

Malahide is 16km from the city centre and easily accessible by road or rail. Dublin Bus stops right outside the entrance to Robswall, while the Dart brings commuters into the city in only 25 minutes. The M1 and M50 are also close by, while Dublin Airport is within 10km of the village.
