History is the material for suburban address
Muileann, Kinsealy, Co Dublin
Hundreds of years before the late Charlie Haughey was holding court at Kinsealy, the north Dublin suburb was known for its linen mill.
And when Ardstone Homes was seeking a name for its Kinsealy development that reflected the area's linen history, it sprung for Muileann, which derives from the Irish name for mill. Muileann was initially launched in June and showhouses at the development will reopen tomorrow to market the second phase of 26 properties.
Prices will start at €270,000 for a two-bedroom house with up to 980 sq ft of space, €310,000 for a three-bed measuring 1,012 sq ft and 1,528 sq ft (the largest style also has a study), and €375,000 for a 1,582 sq ft, four-bed home. The Kettles Lane scheme will have fitted kitchens, appliances, bathroom tiling and fitted wardrobes included in the price as standard.
Viewings between 11am and 1pm tomorrow and Sunday.
