Half of Navan scheme reserved off the plans
Glenveagh Cluain Adain, Navan, Co Meath
Glenveagh Cluain Adain, a development of two-, three- and four-bed homes which were launched off plans last weekend, is the first new scheme to come on the market on the northern side of Navan in almost two decades.
Located on the Clonmagadden Road, the development is only a 15-minute drive from the M3, beside Scoil Naomh Eoin, and just a short walk from St Paul's Primary School. Also nearby is the Aura Leisure Centre and Blackwater Park.
The 106 homes are being developed by Glenveagh Homes, and about half of the 24 homes in the first phase were reserved last weekend. Prices start at €220,000 for a two-bed townhouse measuring 870 sq ft, at €235,000 for a 1,075-sq ft three-bed version, and at €270,000 for a three-bed semi-detached style of 1,277 sq ft. A four-bed detached type measuring 1,540 sq ft is priced from €360,000, while a 1,740-sq ft version costs from €370,000. Externally, the houses are being finished in a mix of brick and render and come with a back garden and a front cobblelocked driveway. PV panels and PVC triple-glazed windows add to the A-rated credentials. They have contemporary-style integrated kitchens and shaker-style fitted wardrobes.
Plans can be viewed between 11am and 1pm tomorrow and Sunday, at 38 Watergate Street, Navan. Enquiries to: Raymond Potterton & Co (046) 9027666
