Going Green at Dun Laoghaire apartments
Greenbank House, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin
Greenbank House, like Eustace Court, is an apartment development built by Cosgrave Property Group at its Cualanor site - formerly home to the Dún Laoghaire Golf Club - to appeal to first-time buyers and local downsizers.
The Cosgraves first launched Greenbank House, located off Upper Glenageary Road, in October and this weekend sees the release of the final six apartments at the building.
Each apartment is a one-bed measuring 520 sq ft. Prices start at €310,000, so the units qualify for the help-to-buy tax rebate scheme for first-time buyers. The purchase price includes kitchen appliances, flooring, and built-in bedroom wardrobes, and a designated car space. Residents also have access to a communal laundrette.
Inside, each apartment has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space and a private balcony with decking and steel and glass balustrades (or terrace, for ground floor apartments).
The kitchens at have a contemporary look, with solid quartz worktops. Like the kitchens, the bathrooms are all clean lines, with sliding doors to the shower enclosures and chrome to the heated towel rails. Each apartment has an A2 or A3 BER. Viewings tomorrow and Sunday, from 2.30pm to 4pm. Enquiries to: Hooke & MacDonald (01) 6318402
