Get your just deserts at Hazelbrook Square
Hazelbrook Square, Churchtown, Dublin 14
The former factory site for HB ice-cream, home to one of Ireland's most iconic brands for decades before closing its doors in 2003, is now Hazelbrook Square.
The HB site was partially developed by Capel Developments just as the property market was faltering, with apartments launching off the plans in 2008. Following the appointment by Nama of Mazars, the Carey Group was hired to build a lower-density development of houses on the site.
The homes, first launched in May 2016, are situated just off the Whitehall Road, close to Nutgrove Shopping Centre and only a few minutes' walk from Dundrum Town Centre. A third phase of 17 homes at Hazelbrook Square is now available. This latest tranche is a mix of three-bed homes priced from €540,000 and four-beds selling for €620,000. The three-beds have between 1,260 sq ft and 1,400 sq ft of accommodation arranged over two floors and the four-beds, which measure between 1,668 sq ft and 2,130 sq ft, are laid out over three floors.
The two four-bed showhouses at Hazelbrook Square will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, from 2pm-4pm.
