The Co Kildare commuter town of Naas has been a hive of building activity, with a slew of new developments launching over the last two years, including Furness Wood, Stoneleigh, Castle Farm, and Elsmore.
Near Killashee Hotel, a four-star hotel and spa situated about 1.5km from the town, Sean Mulryan's Ballymore Group wrapped up sales in 2017 of its Piper's Hill scheme, before concentrating its efforts on neighbouring Bellingsfield. The latter launched in February, with a second release following in September.
There are still 14 homes available from the second phase. Prices start at €345,000 for a three-bed semi style known as the Foxglove, at €460,000 for the four-bed detached Skylark design, and at €465,000 for the four-bed detached homes from the Bluebell range. Ballymore has used a combination of Ivanhoe and red-hued Viola brick detail with render for the facades of the different house types to add visual interest to the streetscapes at Bellingsfield. Each house has two car parking spaces. The bespoke kitchen is fitted with quartz worktops and appliances. An air-to-water heat pump system at the A-rated properties provides efficient heating and domestic hot water.
Newbridge is a 15-minute drive. Commuters to Dublin, meanwhile, can also use the rail service from the Sallins and Naas train station.
Viewings from 12pm to 1pm tomorrow.
