First phase of Kinsealy build aimed at Wood-be locals
Kinsealy Woods, Kinsealy, Co Dublin
Asking price: €430,000
Agent: Lisney New Homes (01) 638 2700
First-time buyers who grew up in Malahide but cannot afford the house prices in the affluent north Dublin coastal town are among the target market for Kinsealy Woods, a few minutes' drive inland.
The O'Flynn Group is developing the 82-unit scheme off Kinsealy's Chapel Road.
When it's complete, Kinsealy Woods will be set amid landscaping, green spaces, and a private playground.
The first phase, which was released last weekend, comprises 35 houses in a variety of styles. Prices for a three-bed design, which are available in terraced and semi-detached styles, start at €430,000, with sizes ranging from 1,101 sq ft to 1,363 sq ft. A four-bed semi spanning 1,538 sq ft costs from €585,000, while a detached version measuring 1,752 sq ft is priced from €655,000.
The elevations of the houses at Kinsealy Woods are in a mix of brick and render. Inside each of the two-storey homes, there is a custom-fitted kitchen in a shaker style in the kitchen/diner, which leads out to a patio and a back garden via sliding glass doors. The A-rated homes have an air-source heat pump, an air-tight membrane, and thermostatically controlled heating to all the rooms.
Kinsealy is 2km away from Portmarnock Dart Station, with the average rail journey to Pearse Station taking about 25 minutes. Dublin city centre can also be reached via the 42 and 43 Dublin Bus routes.
Viewings of the three showhouses at Kinsealy Woods will continue tomorrow and Sunday from 1pm to 3pm.
