Asking price: €485,000
Agent: Doran Estates (01) 465 9777
The west Dublin suburb of Clondalkin has only witnessed a handful of new residential developments in the post-recovery era.
The latest addition to the area is Newlands Grove, a development of nine homes off the Knockmeenagh Road, about a 10-minute walk from Clondalkin village.
The first phase went on the market in September, with the second and final phase following suit on Monday.
The last tranche comprises five four-bed semi-detached homes, each laid out over three floors and priced from €485,000. Three are from the B range, which spans 1,550 sq ft. There is also one C type and one D type, which have 1,850 sq ft and 1,765 sq ft of living space, respectively, including a study on the second floor.
The timber-framed homes have a slate canopy over a grey front door, and future-proof windows from Munster Joinery. There is space for two cars in the driveway.
Internally, there is a shaker-style kitchen and built-in bedroom wardrobes from Gallagher Kitchens. The development is a 15-minute walk from the Luas Red Cow park-and-ride station.
Viewings between 12pm and 1pm tomorrow.
