First-time buyers and young families priced out of Dublin are among those attracted to Dun Eimear, a Bettystown scheme about 1km from the Meath village's popular beach.
Urban Life is building 115 homes at the site, which is just off Eastham Road. The development was launched in 2017 and the final phase was released in January.
There are still seven four-bed semi-detached homes available and one detached version. The semis measure 1,346 sq ft and cost from €320,000, while the 1,507 sq ft detached home is priced from €335,000.
Inside, there are tiled floors to the hallway and kitchen/diner, a fitted kitchen, and bedroom wardrobes. PV panels on the roofs of the A3-rated homes generate electricity, while an energy-efficient gas boiler powers the central heating system.
For commuters, Bettystown is served by bus and by the nearby Laytown train station. The village is a 40-minute drive from Dublin city centre during off-peak hours.
Viewings continue tomorrow, between 11am and 12.30pm.
