When Glenveagh Cluain Adain was launched off the plans in Navan last April, the development became the first to go on the market on the northern side of Navan in almost two decades.
A showhouse followed in July at the scheme, located off the Clonmagadden Road.
Glenveagh Homes is building 106 two, three and four-bed houses in the first section. For now, there are still three and four-bed houses for sale. Prices start at €275,000 for the Swallow, a 1,277-sq ft style of three-bed semi, and at €360,000 for the Kestrel and the Starling, two types of four-bed detached houses that measure 1,560 sq ft and 1,740 sq ft, respectively.
The exteriors are finished in a mix of brick and render, with a grey exterior to the UPVC window frames.
Inside the A-rated houses, there is a contemporary-style kitchen and island unit from Gallagher Kitchens.
Upstairs, there are walk-in wardrobes to the master suite at the Kestrel and Starling, with shaker-style fitted wardrobes to the master suite and second bedroom at the Swallow.
Viewings on Wednesday, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
