Dormer bungalow look to three-bed units
Ardmore Green, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin
Ardmore Green, an infill scheme equidistant between Monkstown and Dún Laoghaire, is tucked away off Ardmore Park, a residential estate that was developed in 1955.
Four contemporary-style homes were built in the garden of No 52 Ardmore Park, just off Kill Avenue, and launched in November. All four are three-bed semi-detached homes that resemble modern dormer bungalows, and two have been sold since the launch.
The remaining two A2-rated properties at Ardmore Green are each priced from €599,950. The front exteriors of the homes are finished in render, but there is zinc detail above the Alu-Clad window frames, which, like the front doors, are in an anthracite grey colour. The front driveway is paved and landscaped, while Alu-Clad glazed sliding patio doors to the rear open on to a paved area and a southwest-facing garden.
Inside, there is a kitchen, supplied by Nolan Kitchens, fitted with solid painted units with soft-close doors and drawers, an island unit, and quartz granite worktops. No 52 Ardmore Park has also come on the market, after a renovation, into a B2-rated home. The mid-century home is a two-bed property priced at €499,950.
Viewings will take place tomorrow and Sunday, from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, or by appointment.
