As development pushes out of the city and into surrounding counties, the population outside the capital continues to grow. Wicklow has seen a population increase of 9.2pc since 2016, so it’s no surprise that when new homes are built around Greystones and Delgany, demand is high.

Bellevue is the latest launch in the Garden County. The fact that the Delgany scheme is being sold off the plans is not acting as a deterrent, with many units already gone in this phase.

The first homes here are expected to be completed between the end of this year and the start of 2023.

The scheme by D/Res Properties, the developers behind Tinakilly Park and Eastmount in Wicklow, is located on Bellevue Hill.

The village itself is growing to meet the demands of its new residents with Delgany National School, Educate Together and Temple Carrig to choose from for education.
