The prolific Cork developer O'Flynn Group has planning permission for 600 homes at Ballinglanna in Glanmire, where the company is due to release two, three and four-bed homes this autumn. Prices will start at €295,000.
In Blackrock, Glenveagh Homes is scheduled to launch the first of 43 three and four-bed homes at Blackrock Villas. Prices are expected to start at €395,000. Starting prices at Brookhill (right) in Carrigaline, meanwhile, will be a tad lower, at €305,000. Homeland Projects is building 67 two, three and four-bed homes at Brookhill.
In Kerry Pike, north-west of Cork city, the next phase of 25 three and four-bed homes is due to go on the market this autumn at Clonlara, where O'Flynn is constructing 143 houses. Prices for this tranche will start at €335,000. This autumn will also see O'Flynn release the next 15 units at its Drakes Point scheme in Crosshaven, with the three and four-bed homes priced from €295,000.
In Douglas, Glenveagh Homes is poised to launch Mount Woods, a 198-unit scheme, on September 21.

October will see the release of Aylesbury in Ballintemple, where Centurion Homes is building two, three and four-bed homes, with prices starting at €295,000, a new phase of three and four-bed homes at Castle Heights in Carrigaline, prices starting at €315,000, and a new phase of Convent Garden in Kinsale.

A second phase of 12 houses has just been launched at Crawford Gate, part of the Crawford family estate in Blackrock. Prices in the new development, which will have 64 houses, start at €325,000 for a three-bed and at €365,000 for a four-bed.
