When Castlethorn Construction set about building Brighton Wood in Foxrock, where the homes are laid out in a series of clusters interspersed by woodland, it borrowed design elements from the Edwardian and Victorian houses that dot the affluent suburb.
There are currently 19 houses and three apartments for sale at Brighton Wood.
Prices reflect both the quality of the builds and the neighbourhood; Foxrock is one of the most expensive property markets in the country. Prices for the apartments go from €725,000 for a two-bed to €1.1m for a three-bed penthouse. The cheapest houses presently for sale at Brighton Wood start at €765,000 for a three-bed mid-terraced design, while a two-bed showhouse and its contents are priced from €925,000. There's also a three-bed semi-detached showhouse on the market for €855,000, a price that includes the contents.
Prices for the four-beds start at €855,000 for a mid-terraced style and go up to €1.2m for a detached design. The five-beds, meanwhile, range in price from €1m for a semi-detached house type to €1.55m for a detached style.
Viewings at Brighton Wood will be held from 2pm-4pm tomorrow and Sunday.
