Barnhall Meadows is being built around The Wonderful Barn, an 18th-century corkscrew-shaped tower in Leixlip that sits amid four acres of parkland on the grounds of Castletown House.
Glenveagh Homes is building 203 homes on one side of the barn, but has scope to construct a total of 430.
This weekend a phase of 16 four-bed 'Elm' houses are being released, spanning 1,464 sq ft and costing from €430,000.
The houses come with back gardens much larger than the average for new-builds - some extend over 2,690 sq ft.
To the front, there is a full redbrick façade.
Inside, BeSpace supplied the kitchen units, which have cashmere-coloured, shaker-style doors and a feature island in a graphite tone.
All the A3-rated homes are equipped with a heat pump system and are pre-wired for an electric car charging point.
Barnhall Meadows is just off the M4.
The scheme is a seven-minute drive from Louisa Bridge train station and ten minutes from Confey Station, with the rail journey to Dublin taking about 35 minutes.
