Ballycullen four-beds with views across city
Ballycullen Green Ballycullen, Dublin 24
Asking price: From €480,000
Agent: DNG New Homes (01) 491 2600
From their perch at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, the latest four-bed semi-detached homes at Ballycullen Green command views across the city from the front of the properties.
These semis form part of a new release this weekend at the Ballycullen development, which will comprise 78 homes when it's finished. Prices start at €480,000 for a four-bed semi spanning 1,404 sq ft and at €525,000 for a detached version measuring 1,441 sq ft. The semis in this tranche all have south-facing rear gardens, while the detached four-beds have south or west-facing gardens.
The traditional-style two-storey houses have brick-and-render façades, uPVC double-glazed windows, and landscaping flanking the front driveway. Fencing with timber panels and concrete posts encloses the back garden and its patio, which can also be accessed via side gates.
There are 9ft-high ceilings throughout each ground floor, including at the custom-designed, shaker-style kitchen.
The developer, Maplewood Residential, had been selling its four-bed styles at Ballycullen Green from a showhouse at DodderBrook, its other relatively new Ballycullen scheme. But a four-bed semi-detached showhouse opened at Ballycullen Green itself at the start of March.
Viewings of the showhouse will take place from 12pm to 2pm tomorrow and Sunday.
