Ros Mór, off Limerick City's Ballyneety Road, is a development of three and four-bed homes aimed at first-time buyers and trader-uppers.
Jana Developments took over the site in 2015 and launched the first of 45 properties earmarked for Ros Mór the following year. A new release of eight homes went on the market at the development earlier this month.
Seven of the eight houses are four-bed semi-detached homes measuring 1,367 sq ft and priced from €260,000 apiece, and one is a detached house that is already sale agreed. A future phase of four-bed semis is also on the cards, and a landscaped public open space will be opened at the site later this year.
The block-built homes have a painted exterior, double-glazed windows, and a walled back garden. There is a tarmac driveway out front. Buyers have a choice of fitted kitchen which comes with an island unit and appliances. Purchasers also have a tiling and flooring allowance of €1,500. The A3-rated homes, which will be ready to be occupied in June, have PV panels on the roof that generate electricity and reduce household utility bills.
Ros Mór is located 4km from Limerick city centre, 5km from the University of Limerick, and 2.5km from the M7 motorway.
Viewings from 12pm to 2pm tomorrow.
