More than 1,000 purchasers registered for Mungret Gate in the weeks leading up to the May 2019 launch of the Limerick development, with interest dominated by first-time buyers planning to avail of the help-to-buy scheme.
The scheme is between Raheen and Mungret village, about 5km from Limerick city centre and close to Raheen Business Park and University Hospital Limerick.
The latest release includes two-bed townhouses for the first time - these ten 937-sq ft homes, priced from €235,000, are aimed at single purchasers, first-time buyers and downsizers.
Also for sale are three-bed semi-detached homes measuring 1,130 sq ft and costing from €280,000, as well as four-bed semis extending over 1,453 sq ft and selling for €350,000.
The homes have a garden and a cobble-lock driveway.
Inside, there is a shaker-style kitchen with laminate worktops - though stone worktops are available as an optional extra - and there are fitted wardrobes to the master ensuite. An air-to-water heat pump powers the underfloor heating at the A2-rated properties.
The three showhouses are on view from 2pm to 3pm tomorrow and by appointment.
