More than 180 homes have been sold at Maydenhayes since the 2015 launch of the scheme in the Co Meath village of Mornington, where the river Boyne meets the Irish Sea.
Maydenhayes, which is being built in a U-shape around the 19th-century Donacarney House, is at the final stage of its development, with 35 homes left to sell.
Prices for the current tranche start at €295,000 for a three-bed semi-detached style with at least 1,184 sq ft of living space. Four-bed semis with between 1,378 sq ft and 1,550 sq ft of accommodation are priced from €345,000, while the last remaining five-bed detached design, which spans 1,744 sq ft and comes with a large south-facing garden, costs from €420,000.
Each house comes with higher-than-standard ceilings, walk-in wardrobes in the master en-suite bedroom, a separate utility room, and interconnecting double doors linking the kitchen to the front sitting room.
Commuters travelling from the A3-rated homes can use the M1/M50 to reach the centre of Dublin or take the train from Drogheda, a 15-minute drive away.
Viewings will be held at Maydenhayes from 2pm to 4pm tomorrow and Sunday.
