The second phase of this luxury development of apartments situated on the former site of the Berkeley Court Hotel launches this weekend, bringing a number of large, high spec apartments and penthouses to the market.

Phase 2 of the large restoration and new build project at Clancy Quay launched this week with 163 units ready to hit the rental-starved market. The latest phase adds to the 423 existing units at the historic Clancy Barracks site on the banks of the Liffey developed by global giant Kennedy Wilson and comprises one-, two-and three-bed apartments and one-, two- and three-bed houses, some converted from former army barracks and stables. Monthly rents range from €1,750 for one-bed apartments to €2,650-€3,000 for three-bed houses.
