Last four in Knocklyon estate on the market

Dalriada, Knocklyon, Dublin 16

There are four properties still for sale in the latest tranche of homes to be released in the final phase of Dalriada, a mixed development of apartments, duplexes and houses on a 12ac site off the Ballycullen Road in Knocklyon.

The last phase of homes at the Winterbrook Ltd-built scheme at the foothills of the Dublin mountains was launched in May.

Back then, Winterbrook released 25 of the 60 homes it plans to develop during the phase, with the remaining 35 due to come to the market in early spring. Dalriada will eventually comprise 154 homes, and the latest batch of 25 units will be ready to be occupied by the end of the year.

Sherry FitzGerald, the selling agent, says two of the four houses still available at Dalriada are three-beds with prices starting at €360,000. The other two are four-beds, priced from €399,000.

All four units come with kitchens that have a contemporary finish and a range of Zanussi integrated appliances. The bedroom wardrobes are shaker style and the bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch fittings. The properties have been given an A3 energy rating, courtesy of uPVC double-glazed windows, a top-end condensing boiler, a heat recovery ventilation system and PV panels on the roofs.
