Reductions of a further 17pc have been made for prices on some of the homes in The Paddocks area of Adamstown in West Dublin.
Maplewood has just finished building a new style of house, Type 4 Q, and its new show house is on view Saturday and Sunday 3-5pm. The semi-detached houses accommodate four bedrooms and a 144sqm floor area and their prices start at €250,000 which is about 15pc less than the prices for similar houses last year.
With solar panels fitted as standard these houses will have a B1 energy efficiency rating.
Another style of house, the 3 X, comes in terraced and semi-detached designs at prices starting from only €205,000 and they have floor areas of 95sqm.
There are more than eight different house types including two-bedroom terraced houses of around 90sqm from €200,000, three-bedroom apartments of 101sqm from €160,000 and five-bedroom detached houses of 152sqm fully furnished for €385,000.
The Paddocks is ideally located at the northern edge of Adamstown beside the Superquinn Lucan Shopping Centre and minutes from the new N4 interchange.
Adamstown is a family orientated area with a crèche, two primary schools and a secondary school. A dedicated bus service and a park-and-ride train station serves residents travelling to the city centre.
