Selling off-plan has once again become part of the market in South County Dublin so it will be no surprise if the proposed development of five houses at Ludford Grove in Ballinteer sells before its planned summer opening.

Those looking for an investment at a price which will buy not one, but fifteen homes should seek out Prior's Point, a development being sold by receiver Grant Thornton, for €650,000 in one lot.
