Tax incentives for all buyers

Summerhaven, apartments in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim may have been pipped for the title as being the cheapest apartments in Ireland but they are more enticing than others for more buyers.

Summhaven's two-bedroom own door apartments are priced at €54,900, large three-bedroom duplex apartments at €75,900 and three-bedroom townhouses also for €75,900.

Summerhaven apartments can be occupied by owners or rented out by investors, and both types of buyers can avail of tax incentives.

The duplex apartments, some of which exceed 1,100sq ft, go front to back in their buildings and the brightness of their dual aspect enhances their spaciousness.

Summerhaven was developed by Eatonvale Developments.
