The final seven units of 28 two bedroom apartments - which are being specifically marketed at the over 50's trade down market - go on sale this week in the hotel and golf resort of Knightsbrook in the heritage town of Trim, Co Meath.

Also in Ballina/Killaloe is the Arda na Deirge estate, a development of three and four bedroom houses of which only three semi-detached units remain.
