Sarah Jessica Parker’s stunning New York townhouse is on the market for $25m (€19.3m)
Peek inside the actress’ brownstone in Greenwich Village which can be snapped up in a New York minute... for a hefty price.
Sex in the City’s Carrie may have been content with a teeny tiny one-bed in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village but not Sarah Jessica Parker who has just placed her five floor New York townhouse on the market.
The actress purchased the brownstone home in Greenwich Village with her husband Matthew Broderick in 2011 for $19m (€14.6m) and the pair are hoping to offload the enviable property for $25m (€19.3m).
The 6,800sq-ft home is twenty five foot wide and set over five floors and features a sparkling new kitchen, a Juliet balcony off the living and dining rooms, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a master bedroom which stretches across a whole floor.
The property also features a family room with walls of shelved books, a small office and a built in entertainment system.
SJP’s walk-in closet is the stuff of Carrie Bradshaw’s dreams housing windows, lighting and an abundance of shelving space for a probable amount of shoes.
If you have the spare cash lying around for this beauty, you need only get in touch with New York's Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
