Prices drop on bungalows in a family-friendly environment from €370,000

LOCATED just off the Malahide Road in Kinsealy, north Dublin, Abby Well is a development made up of just 51 detached bungalows and terraced homes. This weekend, four more homes will be released at reduced prices.

There are two two-bed detached bungalows, measuring 101sqm in size and priced from €370,000, as well as one three-bed detached bungalow (107sqm) from €495,000. Lastly, there is one three-bed mid-terraced house (109sqm) priced at €495,000.

All of the homes in Abby Well have Chailey brick facades, and common features in all of them include multi-room/multi-source home entertainment systems, quality fitted kitchens and neutral-toned tiling and sanitary ware. The show houses have been styled by Kari Rocca and are available for purchase.

Abby Well also has a large green area within the development complimenting the rural feel of Kinsealy and making the area as family and kiddie friendly as possible. The development has been built on Chapel Rd, off the Malahide Road, with St Nicolas's Church as a backdrop. They each have a private garden and designated parking spaces.

The homes are only a few minutes walk from the local shopping centre and school in Kinsealy, while Swords, Malahide, the M1, M50 and Dublin Airport are all within easy reach.

It's also just 50m or so to the bus stop and a three-minute drive to Portmarnock Dart Station.

Viewing times of the show units will be between 1pm and 2pm tomorrow and Sunday.
