There are a number of three-bed semi-detached family homes on offer in the latest phase at this Balbriggan development from J Wade Developments Ltd with more coming on stream later in the year.
Three-bed semi detached (style C) measures 1,162 sq ft and will be sold for €235,000 while a new style D will be slightly larger at 1,205 sq ft, selling from €242,500 on which deposits are now being taken.
There will only be 10 of these available and these proved the most popular style from the original release in early 2014.
