Peek inside the plush €5.9m mansion Cheryl has placed on the market after moving in with Liam Payne
Cheryl has placed the luxurious Hertfordshire mansion she once shared with her ex-husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini on the market for £5m (€5.9m).
The Fight for this Love singer (33) originally purchased the contemporary home in 2015, but has placed the property on the market in recent months.
Cheryl welcomed her first child with Liam Payne (23) in March and the family is now living in the One Direction star's mansion in Surrey.
The enviable 8,000 sq-ft home has previously won an International Property Award, commended for its impressive architecture, floor-to-ceiling curved windows and well-designed open plan spaces.
As expected, the six-bedroom home has been designed for privacy, tucked behind security gates and fitted with a state-of-the-art surveillance system.
The mansion offers perks ordinary Joe soaps could only dream of, including a terrace hot-tub offering views of the surrounding countryside from a height, a two-car garage, and space that could be utilised to build a helipad.
Cheryl's former gaff also has an indoor swimming pool, steam room and a wine cellar, as well as a personal cinema fitted with a curved 110in screen.
In anticipation for their baby's arrival, new dad Liam is said to have renovated his Surrey mansion, installing a new basement gym, a swimming pool and a snooker room.
Cheryl's Hertfordshire property, meanwhile, has been listed by Godfrey and Barr Estate Agents in the UK for £5m.
