Nine units remain in Wicklow scheme
Marlton Hall, Marlton Road, Wicklow Town
Marlton Hall, a development laid out in a cul-de-sac off the eponymous Marlton Road, is already half occupied and is due to be completely finished by the summer.
However, nine units are still for sale in the final stage of the scheme.
The 68-unit residential estate is made up of three and four-bed detached and semi-detached homes, with five styles of property built by the developer, Redmond Homes, which constructed the adjacent Marlton Springs scheme. The new homes are mostly aimed at the family market.
Of the remaining Marlton Hall homes on offer, three are 1,076 sq ft three-bed semi-detached dormer properties that cost from €260,000 and four of them are two-storey, four-bed semi-detached dwellings with 1,340 sq ft of space and a price tag starting at €299,000.
There is one other two-storey four-bed with the same floor space, but it costs from €350,000 as it is detached. There is also a 1,000 sq ft detached bungalow priced from €325,000.
Interior features include a log-burning stove, fitted wardrobes and kitchens, and six-panel Regency-style doors. The homes have low running costs, courtesy of the solar panels and triple glazing that contribute to its A energy rating.
The exteriors are finished in grey cutstone and white plaster, with black detailing on the window surrounds and front door.
There is some feature ironmongery on an upstairs balcony on the four-bed detached version. Fronts are paved with a small lawn, with wall and fencing separating properties. As Marlton Hall is situated in Garden County, there are plenty of local amenities.
Wicklow Golf Club is 2.4km away, while the River Vartry flows into the estuary on the other side of the town. Dublin City is a 50km drive along the N11.
