New show-house to market Drury Mills
Drury Mills, Saggart, Co Dublin
The third of four phases has launched at Drury Mills, a development of starter and family homes in the dormitory town of Saggart, where the addition of a stop on the Luas red line has drawn buyers priced out of Dublin suburbs.
The latest phase from developer Anthony Neville Homes consists of 17 properties. These range from two-bed terraced houses to three and four-bed semi-detached homes, with sizes going from 969 sq ft to 1,421 sq ft.
The most recent phase features a new show-house that's on view to market a fresh layout, namely a double-fronted, four-bed semi-detached property from the type E1 range.
Five of the 17 properties in the third phase are still for sale, with just one E1 house type remaining. This style measures 1,421 sq ft and costs from €345,000.
The other four are from the type C range, which are 1,367-sq ft, four-bed semi-detached homes with prices starting at €330,000 and have attics suitable for conversion. All of the exteriors at Drury Mills are contemporary in style, with a mix of pale ochre brick and white render, complemented by window trims and front door in black.
While the fronts are mostly open-plan, with paving and planted hedging and greenery, there is a patio and garden out the back. The inside accommodation is fully floored and the fitted bedroom wardrobes are from Cawleys.
Because the properties have an A BER, they are relatively cheap to run compared to older homes of a similar size.
PV panels produce electricity, reducing utility bills.
Drury Mills is beside the village of Saggart and a five minute walk to the Saggart Luas stop, which provides direct access to Dublin City centre. The N7 is a brief drive away.
Viewings at Drury Mills will be held between 12pm and 2pm tomorrow and Sunday.
