Kellett's Grove, located just a 500m walk along a flood-lit pathway from the centre of Dunshaughlin, is almost sold out.
There are only five houses still available in the scheme, which was designed to attract commuting home-buyers seeking a mix of rural and village life.
Of the 44 three and four-bed units launched in February at Kellett's Grove, there are now just four-bed detached houses costing €355,000, a semi-detached version priced from €319,000, and a three-bed, 1,172 sq ft semi-detached showhouse that is selling for €289,000.
The properties have full-brick facades, off-street parking for two cars, and a granite-finish garden patio. The A-rated homes are spacious inside, coming with a family area downstairs in addition to a separate large living room and a fitted kitchen. There are 9ft ceilings in the four-bed properties, which span 1,410 sq ft in total.
The homes at Kellett's Grove have an A3 BER. Energy efficient features include solar panels and an A-rated condensing boiler with multi-zone controls.
The development is a 15 minute drive to the M50 and Blanchardstown Town Centre. Commuters who use public transport can avail of the train station and park-and-ride facility at the M3 Parkway, which is 6km away and offers regular rail services to central Dublin.
In addition, there are about 40 daily bus services to and from the capital. St Seachnall's national school and the Dunshaughlin Community College secondary school are within walking distance.
