Ikea style to tempt you

Following a successful launch last year, a further 18 apartments have been made available in the popular Clare Village complex. The south-facing one-beds (with large balconies) are selling from €129,950, while spacious two-beds, average 850 sq ft, are going from €169,950. The three-bed apartments, comprising 969 sq ft, are selling at €189,950.

The sale price includes a full furniture fit-out from Ikea. All apartments are insulated and have electric heating, double-glazed windows and fitted wardrobes.
