This new development of A-rated detached and semi-detached homes is located between the Model Farm road and Ballincollig. There are only 26 units on the site — 16 detached and 10 semi-detached, all A-rated, laid out in culs de sac. The first phase of 11 units, launched last week, was of seven four-bedroom detached homes of five different types ranging from 170sqm-268sqm, and four semi-detached houses at 133sqm. All the semi-detached units have now sold out, and more will follow in the spring.
