If you don't have a car, 9 Silver Pines is just five minutes' walk from Sandyford Luas stop. If you do, the M50 (Junction 14) is about four minutes' drive away. Silver Pines can be found off Brewery Road and Number 9 is towards the end of a cul-de-sac in quite a leafy setting. It's semi-detached and measures a fairly modest 1,044 sq ft, but there may be scope to extend into the lawned back garden.
