Although its address is given as Old Bridge Road in Templeogue, Riverside is actually just on the corner of Firhouse Road, which the Ordnance Survey will tell you is in the little-known townland of Butterfield. The accuracy of the name Riverside is not contested, though, as the River Dodder is at the end of the 170ft back garden. The house measures 2,056 sq ft on two floors and has five first-floor bedrooms (one with an en-suite and dressing room).
