Number 9 is at the back of the estate, overlooking a bit of parkland past its own quite verdant front garden. It’s 1,725 sq ft on two floors, with four first-floor bedrooms, the original fifth bedroom having been converted into a dressing room for the en-suite master bedroom. Downstairs there’s a reception room on either side of the entrance hall, and a dining room and eat-in kitchen at the back of the house with doors to the patio and garden. It came down €50,000 in price earlier this month.
