What's more, there are a number of existing five-bedroom homes still available too: eight detached units (169sqm) from €495,000, and six semi-detached, sized at 172sqm, and costing from €445,000. The five-beds have two en suite bedrooms.
Maynooth itself is just 25 minutes from Dublin city centre, and is very well served by regular bus and train services.
The recent improvements on the adjoining M4 motorway has further improved access to and from Dublin and the rest of the country.
Moyglare Hall is minutes away from shopping facilities in Manor Mills, and is within walking distance of several primary schools in the area. The local secondary school is actually located on the Moyglare road.
The University campus for NUI Maynooth is within walking distance of the development, while Intel, Hewlett Packard and the business campus are on the outskirts of the town. Carton House Hotel and golf course is a few minutes drive too.
