Hazelwood is a new development of three and four bedroom houses launching this weekend in Celbridge, Co Kildare.
The three-bedroom houses are 112sqm in size and start from €260,000, while the four-bedrooms are 144sqm and start from €275,000. There is a choice of interior finishes, with two ground floor layouts. What's more, the three beds have one en suite, while the four beds have two en suites. The entire attic floor comprises the fourth room.
Both house types have their own driveways, with front and rear gardens. All homes are designed to overlook a parkland area. The Hazelwood homes will be finished to the most up-to date-building and insulation regulations. Each house will also have solar panels.
Hazelwood is a short walk from Celbridge town and is convenient for access to the M4 motorway. The Liffey Valley shopping centre is a 15 minute drive, while there are other supermarkets in the town itself. There's also a good choice of primary and secondary schools in the area.
In terms of access, the renovated and extended Hazelhatch train station is a 10 minute walk which provides a regular service to Dublin. The city itself is a 20 minute drive, while Leixlip, Lucan and Maynooth are also nearby.
There are also several well-regarded golf clubs in the region, and the Curragh, Punchestown, Naas and Fairyhouse racecourses are a 30 minute drive.
