A total of 16 of two-bed apartments and three-bed duplex homes are being launched this weekend in Barnageeragh Cove in the coastal town of Skerries in Dublin.
The two-bedroom apartments are about 70sqm in size and are priced from €215,000. They comprise a kitchen, living and dining room, and bathroom downstairs, and an en suite master bedroom and a second bedroom upstairs.
The three-bedroom duplex homes range in size from 114-118sqm and start at €275,000. The three-beds consist of living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and balcony downstairs. Upstairs, there is an en suite master bedroom, two other bedrooms and another bathroom.
In the apartments and the houses, the kitchens come with 'Nobilia' high-gloss units and there are inbuilt wardrobes in the bedrooms.
All the units are rated 'A' for energy efficiency, and come equipped with a gas-condensing boiler central heating system and solar- panel heating.
All homes are wired for TV, phone and internet. Each home has one designated parking space.
Skerries itself is a popular address, and its coastal features, including off-shore islands, Martello towers and the harbour, are well known. It provides all services and amenities required: for instance, the Skerries Point Shopping Centre, new primary school and the train station are particularly close to Barnageeragh Cove.
The town is served by Dart, taking 30 minutes to Connolly Station. Skerries is also served by a number of bus routes, while the M1 motorway is accessed at Junction 4 near Swords.
