Dream apartments and duplexes are half price

One/two-bed apartments and duplexes, 55sqm-95sqm

Michael Fingleton's dream apartment development in south Dublin is launched this weekend at prices which are only about half what was expected when building work started.

Prices at Booterstown Wood, a landmark site at the junction of Booterstown Avenue and Stillorgan Road, start from only €215,000 for one-bed units, €289,000 for two-bed units and two-bed duplex penthouses priced from €355,000. The two-bedroom prices are less than half the €625,000 paid at the peak of the market for two-bedroom apartments just across the road in the Thornwood development.

Some apartments enjoy sea views over Dublin Bay as well as views over the city. All come with car spaces.

Standard features include own-door entrances, sun balconies, roof gardens, fitted kitchens with granite worktops and integrated appliances, video intercom security, lift serving each floor and bicycle parking at ground level and basement. Furthermore, all are covered by the HomeBond Guarantee Scheme. Owner-occupiers are exempt from stamp duty.

Show apartments are on view Friday to Sunday, see times in the on view column below or contact Hooke and MacDonald 01 6318402
