The next five weeks will see 146 properties with a combined value of more than €27m offered at several auctions in Dublin and around the country.
Allsop Space will account for 90 of the properties for sale, but their combined guide prices amount to around €8m. These include 40 houses and 25 apartments, of which 10 are Dublin houses and nine are Dublin flats, at its auction on July 6.
Galway agent O'Donnellan Joyce will auction 23 properties with combined guide prices of €4.66m on July 20.
The other auctions include more valuable properties including sizeable residential farms. In addition six Dublin houses with AMVs totalling €3.2m. will go under the hammer at four other separate auctions.
Estate agent Lisney will auction three of the Dublin houses next Wednesday with prices ranging from €100,000 for a three-bedroom terraced house at 21 Ferguson Road, Drumcondra, up to €950,000 for 40 Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin, a four-bedroom 236 sqm house on 0.25 acres.
Kildare looks set to be the next most active county in terms of the number of auctions and most valuable properties.
Allsop Space will feature five Kildare properties. Goffs will auction two Kildare stylish houses. One of these goes under the hammer next Wednesday and Deerpark House, Calverstown on 35 acres has a guide price in the region of €750,000 to €800,000.
Goffs will hold another auction on July 18 when Togher House, a nine-bedroom house on 9.6 acres in Monasterevin will be auctioned with a €400,000 guide price.
On July 11 three country houses at Clonkeeran, Knockcor and Kilglass, with land parcels ranging from 92 acres to 485 acres, will be auctioned by agents Campion. No price guides are offered but if they fetched an average of €6,000 per acre, the combined 841 acres could achieve over €5m
Meath properties include An Teach Adhmaid, a four-bedroom house and cottage on 10 acres near Kildalkey Village. Sherry FitzGerald Royal are guiding €575,000 for next Wednesday's auction.
