Go large with Lucan four and five-beds
Rokeby Park, Lucan, Co Dublin
Four upscale two-storey homes with extra-large gardens and driveways are for sale at Rokeby Park, a new development near Lucan Village that will have a second phase in the spring.
The west Dublin scheme near St Catherine's Park, with its 200ac of woodland and grassland, will comprise 71 large four and five-bed family houses in a variety of styles.
The Clonee Road properties, which would suit families seeking to trade up to larger homes, were first launched last year by O'Flynn Capital Partners, led by Cork developer Michael O'Flynn.
Sixteen of the 20 homes in the initial phase have already been sold and prices for the remaining four-bed homes, from the Kingfisher style, start at €760,000. They are due to be completed within a month. The Kingfisher house style has a floor space of 2,450 sq ft.
Two types of external finishes are available; the top half of type C is finished with buff-coloured brick with render on the bottom half, while the C1 has a vertical split of render and brick.
Lucan itself is less than 15km from Dublin and a new traffic management plan has eased congestion around the Lucan Weir. Rokeby Park is 1km from the village.
Viewings are being held on Saturdays, between 11am-1pm. The showhouses have been fitted out by The Good Room, run by interior designer Jennifer Grace.
