This development in the northside neighbourhood of Drumcondra is a modestly sized scheme, comprising of just four three-bed homes.

However, all four homes, which command a price tag of €495,000 apiece, have remained on the market since they were initially launched in July.

The scheme, made up of two terraced and two end-of-terrace properties, are close to the residential street of Clonturk Park.

The homes are 1,206 sq ft in size, come with south-facing gardens, and have attics that can be converted into another room.

The homes, built by KO Mainham Developments, have an A3 energy rating. They are close to the village of Drumcondra, which was once the centre of the civil parish of Clonturk and have easy access to the city centre, Croke Park and the airport.

The show house is at No 4 Clonturk Square, but Savills, the selling agents, can make No 1 and No 2 available for viewing, too. All viewings are held by appointment.

Enquiries to: Savills (01) 8530630.
