Gannon Homes launches Meadowbank this weekend, in a site that is directly adjacent to their existing large development at Millers Glen in Swords.

This development will comprise 186 houses in total on completion; this first phase brings 40 new homes to the market this weekend.

Millers Glen first launched in 2014 and over 300 families are now in residence on this original site.

Situated off the M1, 3km north of Swords town centre, and off the Glen Ellan Road, this latest development is set directly beside two primary schools, an Educate Together and a Gaelscoil, making it handy for young families.

Four-bedroom end-of-terrace units approximately 135sqm, are priced from €420,000 and four-bedroom three-storey semi-detached units, approximately 152sqm, are priced from €440,000.
