IT is a weekend for boutique developments, with a further new launch on Taney Road.

Located at the Dundrum end of this road, leading into the heart of the old Dundrum village, the Nurseries, by Lioncor is another low-density scheme; a 33-home development.

The scheme is approximately 800m from Dundrum Town Centre, and a minute's walk from the Luas stop.

This weekend sees 26 houses coming to the market from this scheme which will include three- and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes on its 2.3 acre site. The second phase of the further seven houses, is set to launch later this year.

Built on a site which was originally a botanical nursery, the development centres around a landscaped area.

Specifications include triple-glazed AluClad windows by Nordan, underfloor heating at ground-floor level, electric car chargers, and bespoke handleless Kube kitchens.

Kitchens include Miele and Neff appliances and a Silestone Carrara countertop. All four-bedroom units have a utility room off the kitchen with fitted sink and storage units.

Contemporary handleless wardrobes have been supplied by Tegre Wardrobes. Bathrooms feature grey Italian porcelain tiles. This phase includes two three-bedroom mid-terraced units, approximately 105.5sqm, priced from €665,000. There will be 24 four-bedroom houses; semi-detached, detached, and end-of-terrace options.

These units are set over two and three levels, varying in size from 123.3sqm-163.6sqm, and priced from €750,000-935,000.
