10 semi-detached three-beds launched in Balbriggan

Ten more three-bed semi-detached homes have been released at Castleland Park Way, a scheme in the North County Dublin town of Balbriggan.
Six of the three-beds are from the type C range - these cost from €242,500 and measure 1,162 sq ft. There are also four units for sale from the type D range, which have slightly bigger gardens, 1,205 sq ft of living space, and cost from €250,000.
The traditionally-built homes from J Wade Developments Ltd have maintenance-free exteriors, triple-glazed windows, and cobble-lock driveways for parking. Inside, the kitchens and wardrobes are from Nolan Kitchens.
The properties, which have PV solar panels on the roof and a gas-condensing boiler system, were designed to have a building energy rating of A3, reducing bills for prospective buyers moving from older properties.
There are primary and secondary schools within walking distance from Castleland Park Way, while Millfield Shopping Centre, the M1, Skerries and the coast are within a few minutes' drive. There is also a train station with a commuter service to Connolly Station in Dublin. Viewings of the Castleland Park Way showhouse are held Saturdays and Sundays, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
