Ewan McGregor couldn't have put it better himself.
Dubliner Keith Kelly channelled his inner Mark Renton with a speech encouraging men to mind their mental health.
Mr Kelly, a massive Trainspotting fan, originally posted the video on his Facebook where it has been shared more than 200 times.
"I thought it would be a good opportunity to get a message out and to try and reach men who maybe feel a bit vulnerable, as the film is a huge hit among men," he told Independent.ie.
"I've lost family members and friends to suicide and us men find it hard to talk and let others know how we're feeling."
This it the first time Mr Kelly, who works as a volunteer for charity Suicide or Survive, posted a video online and he's delighted with the reactions.
"The response has been just what I set out to do: starting the conversation and getting people aware that it's okay to just be yourself."
