'Tracking my points at home helped me through the worst of it'
Dublin mum Danielle Kavanagh (24) lost an amazing 5st 2lbs on Weight Watchers and is determined Christmas won't offset her progress.
She says: "It's definitely the worst time of the year with so many sweets lying around. But last year I got through it without putting anything on. I just did little things like if I was having a big dinner, I wouldn't have a pudding.
"Or if I'd had sweets one day, I wouldn't have them the next. I also kept tracking my points and doing my weekly weigh-ins at home. It kept me focused and if I had put on a pound or two then it would be easier to get that off than risk putting on more before classes start."
